British boxer Anthony Joshua declared he will "overwhelm entirely" the American and "break" the American as the combatants met personally to publicize the upcoming heavyweight fight.
Ex two time unified boxing king Joshua battles YouTuber-turned-boxer Paul - in what is, on paper, a mammoth disparity - at Miami arena on December 19th.
Fighter's Mentality
"I'm going to break his face and hurt his body. My goal is to show I'm superior," Joshua, 35 years old, declared.
"I plan to overwhelm him. That's a fighter's mentality.
"I will genuinely try to cause him pain. That's what I want to do."
Respectful Interaction
Despite those words, a relaxed Joshua and internet personality Paul - normally known for his theatrics - were respectful and kept it respectful with each other.
Paul rather criticized ex Joshua's rival Francis Ngannou and called him "a joke" after the Cameroonian turned down a bout proposal.
Taking Aim at Fury
Joshua, in the meantime, took aim at UK opponent Fury - and refused a £1m bet 'Tyson Fury' states he will put on a victory for Paul.
"[Paul] outshines Tyson Fury - he's present here," Joshua said.
"I respect him for that."
Serious Opponent
Despite stating he plans to damage his opponent, Joshua refused to comment unfavorably about his rival's fighting skills.
"Jake is a legitimate boxer," he said.
Jake Paul's Background
Paul - who initially became famous on the Disney Channel - has mostly boxed MMA fighters or past-their-prime fighters since entering professional boxing.
He lost to Briton Fury in last year.
Financial Attraction
Still, the inexperienced fighter continues to be one of boxing's largest financial successes, consistently making substantial earnings.
Forecast and Confidence
The 28 year old predicted a KO victory in round four or five and asserted he would derail the much-anticipated Joshua–Fury fight, which is apparently being planned for 2026.
"It will be me versus Tyson Fury in the coming year," Paul declared.
Physical Difference
